Rules:
1) No hate speech and bigotry is allowed whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to: sexism, misogyny, transmisogyny, transphobia, antiMOGAI / antiLGBTAQ, antisemitism, antiziganism, racism, Islamophobia, fatphobia, ableism, and other forms of bigotry. Slurs are to be censored at all times.
2) No elitist rants, demeaning other religions, or making fun of other religious practices whatsoever. The compare/contrast threads are there to help build understanding and are not a contest or debate.
3) No mockery of people's living situations, learning styles, and availability to resources. Everyone has limitations, either social, financial, or otherwise. Therefore please try to consider that when making suggestions.
4) Be kind, courteous, and respectful of other members. Flame wars and harassment will not be tolerated in any fashion. If you feel you are being treated unfairly, please contact a mod and the situation will be reviewed.
5) Asking questions is allowed and encouraged. Do not demean someone for a “stupid” question or something that you feel they should know already. On this forum, there are no “stupid” questions but just different levels of knowledge.
6) Grammar and spelling do NOT need to be perfect. People come from various backgrounds which can affect their English grammar and spelling. We do not condone belittling someone because of their grammar and spelling. Either look past the errors, or ask for the person to clarify themselves if you are having trouble understanding.

Forum Etiquette:
- Before starting a new thread, try to make sure there hasn’t been a previous thread made that is identical or similar to yours.
- Before asking a question, do a bit of research yourself. Even if all you find is academic high level jargon, it’ll give you a better foundation than not researching in the first place!
- Make sure your thread is on the right board. For example, please do not post something about Kemetic Mythology on the Gaelic Polytheism board.
- Do not delete or edit your post once it's been published (save for perhaps typos.) We want to keep the conversation authentic and flowing.
- Try to keep your posts accessible (see below.)
- When replying, try to keep in mind these three questions: “Should this be said? Should this be said now? Should this be said by me?

Accessibility Guide- Provide alternate text with photos
Example:
[Image: Green Ribbon with text written on it "Diminish The Stigma"]
- Do not use excessively small fonts
This is best achieved by not changing the standard font on the forum. Anything below Font Size 2 is going to be too small.
- Use colored fonts that contrast appropriately with the background
[image: "Pefect" written in black bold letters while "Awful" is written in pale yellow letters]
- Break large blocks of text up into smaller chunks
eg:
[image: On the left side, all the text is not broken up by breaks. On the right side, the text is broken up by paragraph breaks. The text is the nursery rhyme "Baa Baa Black Sheep."]
- Making links noticeable and easy to click
eg: The text is the nursery rhyme "Baa Baa Black Sheep."
