I've noticed a lot of pagans and polytheists are big animal lovers. So, show me your pets! I'll start us off with His Toothiness the Margrave Otis "Gus" (Short for "Disgusting") Catnerd of Queer Haus, that paragon of sense and good judgement who managed to get himself temporarily stuck in my dishwasher. He is a fool and I love him.

Oh my gosh! Otis seems so perplexed at why you are taking their picture. And why being in the dish washer is a ~problem~ Humans...In other news, I'm convinced instagram was invented for my baby Luca and I take SO MANY PICTURES OF HER. Never enough though. Here's her doing some serious business in a bag:

I need to take some pictures of my kitty. He's a stray who just showed up and he lives down at the barn. But I have pictures of my puppy and my pony! This is Chloe she's a mutt and she's so spoiled she thinks she's people. Hi Val. Wait he's actually pretty I swear There we go. Val's a 27 year old Arab we've had him for...13 years? He's family.

This my pooch, she's called Mollie. This pic is quite old so she has a lot more grey now! She's a retriever/spaniel cross we got from a farm. They were supposed to be breeding retrievers but they let the spaniel out while she was still in season and oops. For the dad being blonde and the mum being liver/white the whole litter came out black!

These are my babies! The big one who looks like hes got eyeliner is my baby (hes actually in training to become a service dog, but we had to stop due to some health issues) and the little bitty one in the hoodie is his momma. She was supposed to be my dog, but then she got pregnant, and decided she loved my mom haha. But Ive had yogibear since he was born, and I had to bottle feed him, and teach him to walk, and everything! He was about the size of his head at that point though..

Holy wow Val is BEAUTIFUL. I have three kitties that live with my mum no pets allowed in my apartment, but I visit my parents often so I see them all the time. Top left is Seamus, top right is Giles - they're 2-year-old brothers we adopted from a local feral cat coalition a few months after they were born. Bottom center is Phoebe, who's 4, and was my illegal college cat. Giles is my special shmoofy stoopyhead who is scared of everything but is also obsessed with me. Seamus is a demon brat who will pointedly make eye contact with you before breaking something, and Phoebe is the Queen and NO ONE CROSSES HER. Also for scale this is me holding Giles. You could probably saddle him.

Angel. Fifteen years old, still incredibly hyper! She also is a bit of a drama queen, loves treats, and won't play with toys. Arwen. 5 years old, can be mean due to previous owners, lazy, eternally judgemental.

aww I love everyone's pets <3 I've got four cats, roll call: Isaac Clarke, my big fluffy lazy baby. Dorian, littlest fluffball, obsessed with licking human skin. Ziva, pretty girl we've had the longest (although she's still less than a year old) and Ashes, second-youngest, Troublemaker-in-Chief. I also have a pit bull, but I have no good pictures of him on hand. And I'll spare you guys the pictures of my five tarantulas. x3

My cat is Fionntán - Finn for short - and he's a big affectionate dork. If I'm ever typing to you and you get a string of gibberish suddenly, it's probably because he just layed down on my keyboard. He's a relatively new addition to our family, actually - we adopted him December 13 from the SPCA. You might notice he's short a leg, but he gets around just fine. He's training to become an escape artist for the circus, I think.

Grah, I really do miss the pup, but he wasn't really mine and I needed out of that household, and you're all making me jealous because my grandmother's cats are positively awful. The older of the two has AIDS and hates everyone and everything and all he does is yowl and hiss at people (thusly, been nicknamed the Hissy-fit), and the other loves to walk up to you and demand that you pet her before turning tail and running under the nearest piece of furniture. I am, however, considering getting a mouse or a rat, now. I'll probably go with a little mouse and keep him on my floor of the house because I miss taking care of an animal, but I really love rodents more than other typical pets, and mice are so cute with their little squeaky sounds and grippy paws.
