Not sure if this would be a good idea or if such things would be better in a general board maybe in the 101 area, but I was thinking a board, or set of boards, for an area where you can give feedback about areas for rituals/events or post looking for a specific type of store (books/gems/etc). I know I myself am trying to figure out how to find a gem store, but it seems the one I thought I found is actually a restaurant now?? but the website hasn't changed? I'm just clueless on this and I'm sure that there are others that might need assistance as well. Or even to make a local network for sharing resources/materials or general RAOK if someone has excess of something.
*Shrug* An idea.

Would the General Board not be adequate for this?

Well, I think feedback towards things that would be overarching to multiple religions are probably best put in the Overarching Polytheism board. Things like how rituals should go, or reviews on a pagan event someone attended. Things like gemstone shopping would also probably work in the General Board.
Would it make sense to make a General Spiritual board, perhaps?

I don't think so, maybe not yet. If we get more asking about spiritual mediums and spread swapping with oracle/tarot/Lenormand decks then maybe a General Spiritual board. The General Discussion board might do best for now for locales.

Personally I think this is a great idea, but the General Discussion board should be good for now - I think we'll want a bigger audience before we have any need for making individual boards!

I get the impression there's not enough people from the same place (heck even region of the U.S. let alone rest of the planet) to warrant separate boards. I've met some people from the Cauldron at Paganicon a couple of times, and at least one person actually lives in my area (need to get together with her!) but that's a much bigger pool of people.

Agreed! We can dream, though~ It's a little tricky because I thiiiink most of our userbase right now is from Tumblr? And obviously we all have a lot going on since stuff tends to be on the slower end (although imo I like that a lot, makes it so manageable for me to stay up-to-date).
