Allec I love Kevin Danaher's book The Year in Ireland. I purchased it a couple years ago, when I was first getting in to Irish Polytheism. Unfortunately, I didn't read and appreciate it then as much as I could have. I'm learning to really love it again. Marie-Louise Sjoestedt was also one of my first forays, and now that I'm re-emerging myself in Irish Polytheism, has been a great resource. Pretty OKAY is the best way to describe Morgan Daimler. The new book on Irish Paganism is a decent resource, but I would probably go to other sources first. But if I'm looking for a nice refresher, I'd pick it up. I've also bought her book on the Morrigan, but I haven't gotten to it yet. One day. I really like the appeal of having a physical, tangible, item that I can pick up and flip through so I'm very partial to books.

Morgan Daimler's book on the Morrígan is a great introduction to the Morrígan. If there were problems, I didn't see them. A great follow-up for someone who is interested in some really in-depth research on the Morrígan is Morpheus Ravenna's book, "The Book of the Great Queen." Fantastic 500-pages of research goodness haha.

I do love research goodness. I might have to check it out. I want to connect more with the Morrigan but at the moment I'm trying to figure out who else is taking to me very loudly because they are commanding most of my time, haha.

I've just come across a reading list from the Bard Mythologies website. (http://bardmythologies.com/) These books are focused on interpreting the literature with one on understanding the Irish mindset. bardmythologies.com/category/books/

Posting another link. I did an online workshop with Lora O'Brien - how to travel in the Irish Otherworld (coming from a combination of Irish heritage/mythology and Jungian psychology) and it was a fascinating class. I have yet to listen to the actual "how to" recording with the techniques, but the background and theory is extremely interesting. If anyone feels drawn to learning more about Irish mythology and archaeology, it'd be worthwhile signing up for her newsletter where she shares upcoming online workshops. Loraobrien.com
