Straight of the bat I should mention im not 100% sure ive posted this in the right place, if I havent sorry if I have well then success
So I having been questioning personal beliefs and how to better express them for a long time and more larger religions do not sit right with me for whatever reason and im am curious if possibly you could help point me in the right direction.
I am not sure what my particular beliefs are just that someone/s possibly better discribed as thing currently is there and I do not feel a connection with said larger relgions e.g. Christianity and I read on here that sometimes you can feel called and im not sure if what I get is the same but I wake up some mornings with an unexplainable need to say thanks and "pray".
Also I dont want to be rude (as covered with cultural appropriation) and start worshipping(?) Someone elses gods/goddesses but my mum was adopted and I dpnt really know my dad but im British by birth and had natural red hair when I was little (that I do not have anymore much to my mums dismay) and my mum used to do tarot which always interested me but she doesnt do it anymore and I dont get on with my mum enough in my opinion to ask her about her beliefs.
But im hoping that if its possible to be sent to the right type of polytheism mention ed on this forum (I did read through but I am much more confused than I was than at the start honestly) so I can see if this is more comfortable for me.
Thanks for your time and if you need more information ill try to supply (sorry again if ghis is in the wrong place and I broke a rule typing this and posting it)

Hey probablyconfused, you're not alone in finding your spiritual path. I'm in the same boat and it can be very difficult to figure things out. That's why I came here. The other members of this little forum are very kind, helpful, and will gladly answer any questions you may have. Just remember that we cannot tell you what to believe, nor will we try to. We can only help you on your journey and hopefully point you in directions that prove helpful to you. That said, I'd like to give you a couple of suggestions to help you find your way on this here forum. First off you should stop by the Member Introductions board and introduce yourself. We love welcoming new members! I think you should head over to the Polytheism 101 board and check out the thread about Finding a Tradition. You might find some helpful answers in what has already been posted and you can always ask questions on the subject if you still have any. Lastly, I would like to say don't rush this. Our spiritual paths are life long journeys and our best tools are research, practice, and patience. I hope you find this at least a little bit helpful probablyconfused and that you stick around. Welcome to our forum

Hey there I'm going to/have moved this thread to the "Polytheism 101" board. No rules broken and no hard feels! Just some housekeeping. As for your confusion, I think Ryeduck suggested some great stuff Don't be afraid to post in individual religious boards questions you have. For example, you can go into the Gaelic Polytheism Board to ask us about whatever wasn't already covered in another thread. Or jump in to any discussions. Asking questions is encouraged and welcomed here.
