For the record I am not suicidal. Someone else is. Which God should I pray to so that someone will not commit this tragic mistake? A lot of people in my hometown seem to be falling into this, and I can't speak to every single one to convince them to do otherwise. I need someone with a little more reach than a mere mortal like myself.

Hey, there! This is definitely a situation that fits Hercules' famous maxim: "The gods help those who help themselves." Please offer your friends a suicide hotline in your area (in the US: 1 (800) 273-8255) and tell other, trusted adults who also care about these people. Speaking as someone who has formerly tried to commit suicide (clearly I failed and am still kicking - and grateful to the friend who ensured I remained so, no matter how much other bad history has passed between us since), the gods are not entirely what is needed here - you are.
With that being said, if any Hellenistic person has a deity to recommend to give you strength while you make those calls and spread that info, I heartily urge you employ it - with the actions I've recommended, not without.
Best of luck, hon.
