These are Nugget (yellow) and Neeko (grey). Nugget earned his name from being found in a KFC dumpster and Neeko was given to me by my aunt. This is Chiba, Neeko's last surviving daughter. The others died in an unfortunate accident, but Chiba lived because she never strays too far from her mama. She's very whiny and affectionate. This is Evergreen. She's my special cat. I found her starving at bus station and she has become my best friend. She travelled with me 1000 miles to Omaha and back and follows me around. I also have two mice, but don't have any great pictures of them unfortunately. And if I included the many, many stray and feral cats I feed, then this thread would never end.

I has a kitties. They are pretty much all I talk about. Don't say I didn't warn you. This is Milo. He likes to sleep. Also belly rubs. This is Py (Pythagoras) the three-legged monster. He likes to eat and be annoying. Py likes to watch TV with us in the evenings. Also we used to have Merlin, who was my baby, but he was 13 and sadly set off on the last great adventure a few months ago. He was awesome. I really miss having three cats, so we're about to get another. We just had a home visit from the people from the shelter. We're probably going to get another old dude, because they are chilled, and because we love the idea of getting a cat who might otherwise be difficult for the shelter to find a home for. Here, have a picture of grooming time.

Did someone say pets?? This is Zinnia, except in recent years the fam just calls her Bun. She is huge and very heavy, probably 10-15 lbs (no worries, that's normal for her breed). Also she kicks and bites and is generally horrible to anyone she doesn't know. But she's sweet, really, I swear D: This is Molly. Hilariously y'all get to see this particular photo because putting her in a cast is the only way to get her to stay still apparently. She is way too smart for her own good. I don't have a picture of the other dog, Kevin, but he's black and white. They're siblings and when we adopted them they'd been named Honor Roll ('cause she smart) and Ham Roll ('cause he fat). Amazing. :,)

I swear, Benzaiten-sama wouldn't let me post my Lokean love-bugs until I'd named her, but here they are: Sinnamon: Sinni Buns by Redfaery1987, on Flickr Liquorice: IMG_20140523_090011_213 by Redfaery1987, on Flickr They're both rescues. They came from the municipal animal shelter where I grew up. Near total kill rate...just too many pets and not enough space. Poor things were full of parasites, and Sinni came down with pneumonia. They're both fat and happy now though!

I have just my little Deja right now. Might get her a friend to terrorize depending on her speed. Largely have her on Vine, though I do have her on her own tag on my Tumblr and that's her name. She's surprisingly feisty and gets super pissed if you hold food above the water without dropping it and gets fairly upset if you walk by her tank and don't feed her x)

This is Honey. Her name was originally Ophelia, but my roommates thought it was funny to call her Ophelia Hiney. I have the approximate sense of humor of a rock unless it is a pun, so I decided to call her Honey instead. She is polydactyl with seven toes on her two front paws and I love her to death.

I feel ya. Scrivener. See my cats Sinnamon and Liquorice up thread? My parents won't bother to learn which of them is which, so now they are Stumpy Chump and Fluffy Butt...

Redfaery your kitties are beautiful. We've also got three other cats floating around our house, but I didn't have any pictures of the other three. One is a calico sweet thing, who loves to cuddle while I'm on the computer; another is a big white fluff ball appropriately named Fluffy; and the final is a tiny blind black kitty who loves to lay in the sun. We also have a dachshund who belongs to one of my many roommates who is basically the laziest dog I have ever come in contact with. But he's sweet and best friends with Honey, so I can't be too mad at him.
