Hi there - My name's Adam, and I tend to go by TechnoMaestro around the net, which usually just gets shortened down to Techno or even Tech. For the sake of consistency, my steam profile and tumblr follow the same format here. I'm 22 years old, a college student studying Information Systems at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, as well as serving as UMBC's Pagan Student Union VP and Webmaster.
I've been an eclectic hard polytheist for about five years now, having transitioned from Catholic to Atheist and then finally to Polytheist over the course of my life. Due to my experience, I often get asked to teach people that are transitioning from monotheism into polytheism since I've been through it before. Which, honestly to me, is odd, because there's still so much I'm learning. It hasn't been the easiest or smoothest journey, but I can safely say that the rough parts are long behind me.
Outside of that part of my life, it's pretty easy to tell from the fact that I linked my steam profile that I'm a huge gamer. I love 4X style games, like Europa Universalis, The Civilization Series, or Endless Legend, and MOBAs like Heroes of the Storm and League of Legends, but I'll pretty much play everything from GTA to Surgeon Simulator to Bastion. I also do a lot of tabletop gaming, both Pen & Paper and normal board games, even though I tend to be the one stuck as the GM or organizing board game night. Right now, I'm running a weekly board game night and am trying to get my players for my World of Darkness game to find a common time so we can continue our adventure. True to my name, I also do some remixes of songs, though "Maestro" perhaps isn't the best title for me in that regard - I'm still learning a lot about music mixing, as it's far more complicated than I first realized and school has left me little time to pursue remixing or playing on the saxophone. I also collect tarot decks, and I always have at least two on me at all times if people want me to do a reading for them.
Anyway - I look forward to learning and sharing and discussing everything with you all!
