When making a general daily/weekly offering (as opposed to a holiday for a particular Netjer, or a thank you offering), would it be appropriate to make a singular offering (such as one cup of wine and one plate of bread) directed to all the Netjeru on your altar, or do you need to make an offering to each of them individually (each of them with their own cup, their own plate)?

To me, it comes down to resources and what you were prefer to see. My daily offerings are done singularly - each netjeru has their own cup and gets their own offering. However, I use dollhouse food stuffs for daily offerings, so I have the ability to do so. However, if you are financially strapped and just cannot manage to do more than one huge encompassing "come and get it," then by all means do so. The netjeru, imo, are pretty laid back regarding all of that.

I don't think there is a really hard answer for this. It will likely fall into whatever the gods ask of you, or whatever you're capable of. In antiquity, the same set of offerings was taken around the temple and given to the various gods. So to some extent, there was a lot of sharing going on. However, each deity was offered to individually.
I personally tend to place everything on one plate, or I will make a large spread btwn the two gods, and let them fight for whatever they want. When I'm using my votive offerings, I will mix it up and have a plate for each deity, as well as shared bowls of things. So it's sorta all over the board.
So I'd say to either ask the gods directly, or go with whatever will work best for your current situation. If, for some reason, they aren't pleased with what you're doing, they'll likely find a way to let you know.

Well, I'm a college student whose offerings are pretty much water and apples from the dining hall, so I offer one cup of water and one piece of fruit and just use everyone's names (and/or a general "Netjeru") when doing the offering. This is also partially because I've only really got room for one altar/shrine/place, so it's awkward to have separate offerings.
Nobody's yelled at me for it yet, as far as I can tell. Not that I'm actually all that great at telling.

I have one plate for daily food offerings. And what is there, goes to Djehuty and the Ogdoad, and "all the Netjeru" if Djehuty would want to share :) (as he is responsible for distribution of offerings between all the Netjeru, I trust him that he knows how to share properly :) There are several incense burners - one is for Djehuty, or "for Djehuty and everyone else" whern I only lit one incense stick. And two additional incense burners that are "for the Ogdoad" by default. But if a ritual for a certain Netjer is performed, I may borrow these incense burners too.
