I didn't really see a thread here that addressed Gaelic Polytheism of the Scottish variety. Irish Gaelic Polytheism tends to be the more common of the Gael-pols, it has a lot more information available, and a lot more in general. So! are there any Scots Gael-pols here? if so I would love to hear about your tradition, who you honour, what you do as a scots gael-pol, good information regarding Scottish polytheism, and anything you'd like to share.

That would be me, though I do have some crossover with Manannán and Na Morrígna, my main worship is Scáthach. I also worship Grandmother Beira.

Have you read the Carmina Gadelica? The first two volumes are free on Sacred Texts! It's all about the Scottish beliefs

Nice to meet you calluna, I have a feeling were going to be talking quite a bit in the future. It's really awesome that you worship Nana Beira, as I also honour her! Along with Brighid, Nicnevin, and a few others. Who imnoy going to name quiet yetas I'm still trying to build a relationship with. I'm actually very interested in scathach, and want to do some research and possibly build a relationship with her as well.

I'm not surprised that you'd be drawn to Scáthach, if you worship Nicnevin, since in some sources, Nicnevin is one of Scáthach's daughters. As far as sources, I like The Lore of Scotland: A Guide to Scottish Legends as a source for some things, you might find it helpful. Other than that, a lot of my practise is either flying by what I can research scholarly, and some pulled from family traditions, what I can pull away from the witchcraft anyway.

I incorporate some Scottish practices into my own (waulking, Hogmanay, etc.) despite being of the Irish variety.
